There is no endeavor worthier than Love”   00:00 / 1X Hello and welcome to another episode of Conversations about Men with your host Gonzalo Salinas. Today we have a special episode because for the first time I’m interviewing two people. They are a married couple and the interview was about relationships. Today we have Patrick and Samantha Cullinane. Patrick is a serial entrepreneur who has started and sold multiple businesses in different industries. He serves on the board of 1Life Fully Lived, a non-profit geared towards helping young people plan and live their best lives. Samantha Cullinane started in the corporate world and later she went into the entrepreneurial world starting a few businesses and then joining Patrick to build and sell their largest business. She is also a songwriter and a recording artist who has been invited to open for Jewel. As a professional speaker, Samantha has a great TED talk called “Sex: the new wonder drug”, that has been seen by thousands of people. Samantha and Patrick have been married for over twenty years and they would tell you they are one of the happiest couples they know. But they weren’t always this happy. In fact, after ten years of marriage, they were ready to sign the divorce papers. They struggled trying to navigate life together without any real tools and they separated. After a year apart, against all odds, they decided to get back together. This time they came with new insights including recognition of the things each of them brought to the relationship – good and bad. Both made the necessary changes to successfully start their next chapter. For the last ten years they’ve grown their love, their bond, and created an amazing life together. They became students of love and they wrote a book called “Bigger Love: How to Have the Love of Your Life for the rest of Your Life”, which is their story along with tools and tricks for taking your relationship to a higher, deeper, more satisfying level. They also have a podcast about relationships called “The not so perfect couple” So, without further due, here is my interview with entrepreneurs and Relationship experts, Samantha and Patrick Cullinane.
